SBP To Issue Rs.75 Note On 75th Independence Day.
On 14 August 2022 SBP officially introduced Rs.75 note in connection with 75th independence day, Diamond Jubilee of Pakistan.

SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) tweeted that SBP unveils the design of Rs.75 commemorative banknote being issued on 75th anniversary of the country’s independence. The note will be available for public issuance from 30 September 2022.

The note has portraits of Quaid-i-Azam, Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Allama Iqbal & Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah to recognize and acknowledge their contribution in Pakistan movement. The picture of Markhor on the note’s reverse highlights our focus on environmental sustainability.
What’s New in Rs.75 Note
Pakistan is issuing Rs.75 note first time since the independence of Pakistan. The note is designed uniquely as it has photos of Mohtarma Fatima Jinah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal along with Quid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Which is going to happen first time in history. Moreover, a picture of markhor has also been printed on the back side of the note which represent stainability. Markhor is also the national animal of Pakistan and is also included in official logo of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) logo.

Portraits of Founders
For the Front of the Banknote, the State Bank of Pakistan selected personalities, who were instrumental in elucidating, shaping and supporting the struggle for independence. For this purpose, the portraits of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah were selected to represent the founding fathers’ struggle for independence.
